[GamePlay] bug Xeraths q and r skills
Xeraths q and r skills didnt work at all during near the end of the game where i needed the most.
it happened after i use q and while clicking right mouse button .

happen'd today in a hexakill game, i could use W E and R... my Q glitched and was unable to use Q from 30min mark til the end. huge bug here.
Happened to me in an ARAM just now, while they were pushing our nexus towers. So I was completely useless. Thanks riot.
