stuck at last checkpoint of honour level 2 and at around 650 games this season?

ive been stuck at last checkpoint of honour level 2 for a long time now about 400 games. and yet i get honoured every other match get key fragments a lot . its been like this for a long time and is really frustrating as i wanna play on the pbe with my friends. i m pretty sure this is a bug as i get honoured around the same if not as much as my friend who has 250 games this season and honour level 3 already and yet im at honour level 2,last checkpoint, and i have around 640 games this season. pls help.
