Can't accept Q bcs of client

Today I started playing games after a few days and almost everyime my ready check would pop up, my client goes "trying to reconnect" instead. It's not my internet. If it was my internet, my client would go offline randomly, but it goes offline only when a ready check pops up.

Now I have to stop playing more league, because it told me, that I can't decline more games otherwise I'd get punished and I just cannot do anything to prevent this for next games.
