Game crashes right after champion select

Ever since patch 5.3 my game has been laggy, I reached 3150 pings earlier (Believe it or not), and now right after champion selection it crashes and I can't log in. I already have a 5 match penalty because of the 3150 pings and disconnected me and now, I don't wanna get banned. Help? Please? I already messaged Riot.
