still getting black screen after champ select and 'game has crashed' reconnect button.

no matter what i do, riot suggestions, firewalls, restarting, refreshing, re-everything, it's happened every game but one 2 nights in a row. now i have 5 leaver games on my history. common man, wtf is this?
