Issue with LeaverBuster

EDIT2 : Neither of these games were remakes,which presents with the question why even bother coming back and waste time since the game wont register me as being in the game either way,I get leaverbuster either way (basically just let my team go to the next game) EDIT : Happened again just now,got 10 minute lpq for 5 games,once again did not get sent into game and was afk for 2:50,this is nonsensical by now,and its not just happening to me,it has become obvious from the bug section that this patch has brought a lot of issues and something has to be looked into.

First of yes yes I will play out my sentence etc,doesn't matter (im still going to complain)

As it is,from yesterday when the patch went out,I have had 2 out of 6-7 games where i am not put into the game,no error,nothing,I am simply not put into the game from the loading screen and I have to restart the game. As luck would have it,it happened today and I recconected to the game at approximately 3:20,and played the game normaly from that. When the game ended I have received a leaver status and a 5 minute LPQ for 5 games.

If anyone is able to truthfully tell me what is the actual leaverbuster timer,the league of legends fandom wikia states this : "The Leaver Buster system will automatically kick players who remain idle for 5 minutes."

TL:DR Either the wikia stating 5 minutes is the timer is incorrect,or leaver buster is not working as intended.
