Tier 3 Scaling Mana Regen Runes Tooltip

The scaling mana runes have incorrect numbers on their tooltip. Seals show +0.065/5s per level (+1.17 at lv18) Glyphs show +0.06/5s per level (+1.2 at lv18)

Obviously these numbers do not add up, hopefully it's just the tooltip and not the actual in-game values that are messed up too.
