Duskblade of Draktharr Linking Bug

TL,DR: linking the item in chat will tell you when spotted by an enemy ward even if you do not have vision of that ward.

When using the duskblade of Draktharr, i alt+left clicked my item to link it into the chat, it says (item name- Unseen), or (item name- Spotted) i then proceeded to run into my jungle with the item on cooldown and 100% that no enemies were nearby, nor any random minions able to see me. Upon clicking the item in my red buff (red side) camp, it says "unseen" upon moving slightly near raptors where im sure no natural enemies could see me i linked the item again it said "spotted" i tested this a few more times.
