[GAMEPLAY] Sona Power Chord Bug

The bug: After proccing Power Chord, casting Auras to stack up the next Power Chord immediatly after proccing the previous one, leads to only 2 stacks getting stacked up, making it impossible to stack up a Power Chord, use it, cast 3 spells to stack up another one and use it.

Example of how it should work: Power Chord fully stacked -> Auto hit to proc the Power Chord -> Cast E, W and Q to fully stack second Power Chord -> Auto hit to proc the second Power Chord.

The current, and bugged version: Power Chord fully stacked -> Auto hit to proc the Power Chord -> Cast E, W and Q to only receive 2 stacks of the second Power Chord, instead of 3.

This is a major bug and i have no clue how this was overseen. Fix it asap.
