[CLIENT] Runes missing from shop

In the shop when I look for runes in tiers 1 and 2, I only see 4 marks, 4 seals, and 4 glyphs. The tier 3 runes all seem to be there.

I have this problem on my macbook pro (osx lion) and also on my windows 8 pc.
