[Gameplay] Ping on every mouse-click

I've experienced something weird that randomly appears. I'm not sure if it's actually a bug, but I do know it's very annoying. It doesn't happen every game, in some games it happens multiple times. I have no clue how it's caused but it seems to be completely random. Sometimes, in the middle of a game, suddenly all my mouse-clicks turn into pings. When it happens, I can no longer walk and I can no longer target anything. Whenever I click my mouse, I ping the map. The issue can be solved pretty easily by leaving the game and reconnecting. Having to do this is very annoying though. I'm sorry for being unable to describe how the bug can be rebooted. I decided to post this anyway, hoping other players experiencing the same bug are able to describe it more precisely.
