One theory comes to mind. I haven't played a lot of normal or ranked games in s6, so maybe if you play ranked and normal games you get skins on champs you play, but if you don't you just get this general set of skins?

Shonjl1 votesIts probably IP locked. Since I have different lists from what you have. I don't know the % But what my choices were was Ghost Bride Morg, Archduke Nasus, Exiled Morg, Boneclaw Shy, Dreadknight Nasus. Can't remember the rest if there was any.
My guess is again it checks your IP. If you have multiple accounts but activate them all at the same IP, it probably copies, if its different, then its different.
All I can say is I am glad about the Morg ones, I got Riot Nasus and Champ Shy so those are all poop to me. Will probably buy both of them.

But our account exist since seasson 2 - 3 in NA. we decide return to NA, well the problem can be this but i don't know about other person with same problem, i send ticket, i wait for request.
