PBE Issue

I don't know why my RP Points don't reset in PBE like usual. I frequently check up on PBE and it still don't reset. I'm having low amount of RP and want to try skins but I don't have enough RP to buy skins, this is frustrating. Also, when I try to refund an icon that costs 7K+ RP, it doesn't refund, and said an error has occurred. Pls fix this Riot. [zombie-brand-facepalm]
