Riot needs to fix key fragment drops

you know, that doesn't really seem to be the case, because i have gotten 2 key fragments to 5 chests, and the person that i play with gets one just about every since game. SOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO, riot get with it, because something is broken, i cant get a single key fragment. Did i mention 5 chests to 2 key fragments. I currently have 4 chests and 1 key fragment for the past few days, playing non-stop. and this guy got 5 just today since noon................. : ^) ............. RIOT needs to fix this...........

again playing a few ARAM games and that guy thats in the same party as me has gotten two more keys since my last post 2 hours ago. whats up with that i just want something and doing so good. Did i mention that i went 17/4/21 with and still got nothing. because im crying and because this is some ........................ KMS face : ^) thank you magikarpusedfly

how many times do i have to rant in one day, i get an s- support and guess what, my friend got a chest, and i cant even get a key fragment. you say its a percentage drop rate, but i think that a bunch of RIOT fix your ...... and once again so let me just take a few shots from because apparently RIOT doesnt think im good enough for on the side of that im gonna go get fat off and more , or should i just a because of the bonus penetration......
