Cassiopeia W bug
Played a game against a Cassiopeia and her W never showed up on the ground. I knew she was using it because I saw her throw it and I was getting slowed. I only played 1 game against her so I don't know if it's a rare thing or not.

this week i played 2 game against cassiopeia and i had the same bug....cassiopeia had 2 different skin in the 2 games so the problem is not related to the skin i think...i was playin with a friend i have windows 7 and he have mac but both of us had the same bug(sry for my english hope u understand)
