[Client] Game Accept Overlay Stays When In Champ Select

All different tabs like home, collection, and profile all were black and I couldn't see anything on them, I thought it was its general lag, so I didn't think anything of it and clicked accept when my queue dinged, but when I did, the overlay stayed and the noises would play if I clicked accept or even decline but nothing would happen, and I could even see chat but couldn't do anything, so I had to exit the client and all is fine now, but still shouldn't have happened.
