TOGGLE: TARGET CHAMPIONS ONLY (BUG) [GAMEPLAY]

When I try to toggle on Target Champions Only I still cant target the champion ONLY under the tower regardless. Or near creeps for some reason??

Is there a bug with this since there are others having issues with this on EUW. Could you create an ICON somewhere that tells you if you've toggled ON the feature or not? (And yes, I did try to toggle on and off in practise mode and ingame)
