My game keeps saying Unknown error please help

My game kept saying Unknown Error every time I started a game, I tried to restart the game but when I login it said the same thing. It said "if you encountering this error you may want to check the support site to forum for more information.". so i'm looking through the support site which really didn't help. If you have any ideas why its like this it would be helpful to leave a comment. Thx for taking your time reading this( its pretty long ).
