I lost Leona, Volibear, Vel'koz and a few skins like frostsblade irelia and arcade sona. Please. Fix.

Send in a support ticket. Riot's player support isn't going to come to you and posting on the boards doesn't do anything.

Is there a masterpost about this, because I hear it happens every now and then, seems like something that should be collaborated to figure out.

Support ticket is still the way to go about it. There is no such thing as a support collaboration. :[

Oh...I didn't see "Is" at the beginning of your first reply sorry :/ There is no masterpost. But people believe that Riot is cracking down on people who abused to the refer-a-friend system with bots and people may be losing skins or champions that were gifted to them from said people.

Lately people who have been losing skins,champs is because they abused the RAF system or know someone who did that sent them gifts of those said removed champs and skins.
