ban 4 time in 9day

hi , i leave in africa inalgeria in village called telmouni , we are poor village so we have problem in the light , it can go one time by day , so when i go afk for 5 min or 10 min it beacause of the light , and i got banned 4 time in 8 or 10 day ! so please can you help me in that ! poor peaple can't play league , that you for your time and have good day <3
