Prestige Caitlyn isn't unlocked after redeeming it in the event shop!

Hello, I'm new to the forums. I farmed tokens using the pass and I managed to get enough for prestige Caitlyn. I didn't have the champion owned beforehand and when I redeemed it, I got the congratulatory message saying that I unlocked it but when I checked my skins after restarting the client, it didn't appear as owned. I decided to buy the champion and the skin still didn't show as owned. All of my tokens are still missing and I'm worried since I didn't have the foresight to screen cap me redeeming it and there's no history for event purchases.. I already submitted a ticket and I wanted to know if anyone else had this problem. [sg-soraka]
