If mouse is moving too quick and I try to ping, it will just jump in a random direction (video)

It's pretty old (for me) for the last 2 months (at least), I just figured out that I have to move my mouse a little more slowly and it was no problem, but after this very last patch it's worse, it's almost unusable.

So, the thing is: -> Move your mouse in one direction fast and hit the ALT key or V key (I usually use the ALT one) while moving. Release it in the middle of the movement, something like move -> key in -> key out -> stop. For me, the cursor will just randomly pop-up in another location (as in video).

Tried with a random OEM mouse, but I use a SteelSeries Sensei at 1600 dpi, 1ms.

PC Specs: Phenom 545 (3.3 ghz, dual) 8 GB ddr3 Radeon r7 260x 120gb ssd 750gb hdd.

--------------------LATER EDIT------------------- Looks like is was an operating system problem (had win 7 64bit) upgraded to win 10 last night, now it's fine
