Guardian bug

They just "fixed" guardian bug and it actually created another one. "Abilities that cannot target allies will not proc Guardian" does not work as intended. Atleast not with Rakan. I got ignited when my guardian was up and used E to my ally and W away. Even tho I wasn't hit by ignites tick while being close to my ally it should still activate guardian. I did target an ally with an ability and I did take damage from an enemy champion.

For those that don't know. if you for example use Sorakas W on someone and one of you takes any champion damage within 3 seconds it activates just like if you were close to each other. However it does have to be a targetable spell like Sorakas W, Lulus W or E or Rakans E. Spells like Tarics Q don't work and his W is kinda weird because if you don't aim at anyone it choses the closest target but if it does so it won't trigger guardian. Kayles W works literally the same way. You need to manually click on an ally to meet the conditions.

I had to move to my teammate and wait for ignite to activate it and that's the only reason why I died there. Please fix that asap. (I did link the replay but since it's the 1st time I'm using this app it may bug out)
