Played a normal, lost, and it counted towards my ranked promotion series
so i took screen shots of my lastest match history and my current leagues status....
please please fix this riot.

Sometimes a tick mark will show up on that screen. It probably didn't actually count. I get a win and a loss after the first game in a promo series sometimes, but the next game it will be fine at the end of the game.
Edit: It could be different in your case though, so idk for sure.
