I didn't get my capsule

I level up from level 66 to 67 after winning a game but there was no level up animation and i didn't get my champion shard capsule. what can i do?

It could just be an issue with the pop up thing for leveling up, maybe trigging it again will fix it.

I dont know but mee 2 i didnt get my lvl 90 capsule
