[COSMETIC] Brand has Lux rainbow particles on his hands

Same as title suggests- it's been like that for years, most notably on Zombie Brand given how the rainbow clashes with the green fire. Is it some kind of coding error, or accidental oversight? With Brand getting a new skin and a new splash art, it'd be great if one of his oldest cosmetic bugs gets fixed as well.
