a leave penalty bug

hello I just want to report that I experienced a game bug .. lol server went off yesterday while I was playing a ranked .. after the serer went back again , the game was not recorded in match history and I received a (10 min) leave penalty for leaving a match .. this is almost my first penalty since like 2 years of playing lol .. so I just wanted to report that so u can consider a fix in future updates .
