Can't reconnect

You are absolutely clowns. I want to play a simple game and the client just wont let me connect. Then you give me 10 minute ban for this. I tried to reconnect but the same thing happens. No internet Access. What a bull-fucking-shit. But I still want to play. So I wait this 10-fucking minutes and guess what, I can get to play the game AGAIN, AND THE CLIENT DOES NOT ALLOW ME TO RECONNECT. And then you penalty me for 20 minutes for the next 5 games and Its not even my fault. You are ABSOLUTELY CLOWNS EVEN THOUGH THE GAME IS FREE ITS ABSOLUTELY TRASHHH!!!!!!!!!!!!!
