[CRASH] Lee Sin ward hop crash

Every now and then when i play as Lee Sin when i try to do a ward hop to go in for a gank i would crash and bugsplat would appear and i would have to reconnect to game. At first it seemed like pure luck that every time i would need to escape with a ward hop i crash but this occurs around 1 every 10 times i attempt to ward hop however this probability seems to rise when there are more enemy champions nearby. I am unsure but i also believe that hopping to a green ward also increases probability of crashing rather than a trinket (haven't tested with pink wards).

*New information update 10/9 Jax's ward hop also seems to be able to crash the game although i have not tried out if the game will crash with Katarina. Crash Report #121580067
