[Client] Champion Select will not lock in resulting in dodge

Unfortunately, I didn't think to take screenshots but I will update in 5 minutes if I continue to have this issue.

I have had 2 lobbies and 2 dodge penalties over my last 2 lobbies. I am suddenly unable to lock in champions or select masteries in lobby. I can select my champion but when I go to lock in it grays out momentarily then lights back up to click. The lobby then stays for another 10-20 seconds or so with everyone chatting and being confused then it closes and tells me "There was an issue locking your pick in please try again" (More or less I don't remember exact wording) Then of course because I didn't lock in I am banned for the 6 mins.

Masteries on the other had is grayed out the entire lobby. I can change my runes page fine but I cannot change or edit masteries. This will have been my 3rd game of the day (First two no issues) So I have no idea what changed between post game lobby and hitting play again. Again if this error continues once I can queue again I will post screenshots.

Edit 1: Closed league and reopened client The new lobby is looking like it's working fine but I will keep updating in case something happens again. Also it may be worth noting this is alpha not legacy.
