Hextech Chest BUG (Did not receive items)
After using a key on my Hextech chest yesterday, I went through the screen where it would show me the items I would receive. Upon opening my chest I got loaded into a game I was queuing for. Before I entered champion select I saw that I received essence as well as another item but did not see it because of entering champion select. After the game finished I went to check my inventory and nothing new was added. I'm wondering if it is possible to get a refund because the key took a while to get and am sad I did not get anything.

- Between receiving the first item and getting the animation to receiving the second item, I accept champion select.
- After finishing the game, checked inventory, reloaded client, waited a day, still did not receive any items.
