[In-Game Chat] Can see opposing player's chat ONLY if it contains a normally censored word

As you can see, next to the curse words, there is no [All]. The first occurrence was of course a mistake. The person cursed in team chat, I saw it in red, and responded. I then realized there was no [All] chat indicator next to the text.

According to the other player, it worked the other way. Also (not pictured) it worked with another of my opponents, the Karma who had the same clan tag. I expect it worked with every player in that game.

Saw this once before on reddit, figured it'd be a good idea to post it here since it's not a one time occurrence.
