I actually have a few images from a game I played. The things bugged are damage dealt and taken. The enemy team dealt 150k damage to champions and took 132k damage. That doesn't match up with Yorick's damage and the damage doesn't register as physical or magic, so I assumed it was true damage. This is the second game I've played where Yorick registered over 300k damage that is unaccounted for.
This is known already. It's caused by Yorick's ult. It's a temporary revive; if the timer runs out the target is dealt 100000 true damage by the game to "kill" them again, and this damage is being mistakenly attributed to the person that was revived. As far as stats are concerned, that person is dealing 100000 true damage to themselves.
