Couldn't cast ever again Varus Q after dying

OK, I hope u guys can recreate the bug, and fix it, because Q broke after dying, and I couldn't cast it, by pressing Q or clicking it with mouse either..

Here's what happened..

1. I was in a 1vs1 vs. Lux, she was quite fed so I knew i had little chances to survive, but I engaged anyway..
2. We got both low on health, I charged her with 3 W's passive and I just need to land my Q to end it, before she could kill me..
3. thing is, I press Q, it begins to charge (my plan was to release it after just 1 or 2 seconds, to blow the passive, and to do a little more dmg.. well, she got her E cd, she casts it, im dead..
4. I respawn, I go bot to clean the lane, I press Q, and nothing.. I begin to spam Q, nothing.. I click the icon, nothing.. by no circumstance in the game I could ever again cast Q..

I tried one more thing.. maybe if I died again, I would get it to work again.. I went to die to baron.. I respawned, and nothing..

I have no screenshots.. I can't imagine how it could help given the circumstances.. I mean, the icon was colored, like it was available to cast.. I didnt have any significant items, it was 12-15 minutes in the game, and we had 2 dcs, so I couldnt even farm to end one good item..

At least I can assure u: it was 1vs1, with some minions around, it was varus against lux, I began to cast Q for sure before I died..
