Client crash, impossible to ever reconnect

Last 3 days, every few games, loadscreen reaches 10%, then crashes. Option to reconnect appears, always the same, 10%, then crash again, ad infinitum. Restarting solves nothing, never received a penalty; not using Avast or any antivirus outside the default on Windows 10.
