Cant enter Champ Select and im losing LP

I click Play > Match me with teammates, then ill wait for the queue, and when i click accept the game doesnt start, i do it again, and it says that im temporaily banned from queue because im leaving matches... i already lost 13 LP without even entering Champ Select and got a 25 min ban from queues... What is happening?
