RIOT WTF!?!?!?!?

I got to promos and I was 1 and 1, I needed a win so i wanted to play adc. But Riot doesn't want me to pick a champ and every time I try to pick any champ it says "There was an error picking your champion". Riot why is this happening!?!?!?
