Disconnection issues with Windows 7 - I am sure this is a bug

A lot of people have been having this problem starting from the past couple of days. Around 15-25 minutes into a game I start lagging and get "Attempting to Reconnect." It stays like this for the rest of the game on the same thing you were viewing (so if you died you wouldn't know it, everyone would be just standing still) unless you leave the game and rejoin. In the loading screen however the ping is just fine and when you rejoin everything is just fine. But after another 5 minutes (some people are having it happen again as low as after 30 seconds) the same problem comes up and you must leave the game again. This is causing me to lose numerous amounts of games

I am pretty sure that this is a bug and not a server connection issue or a problem with my internet. I know this because my internet browser is unaffected when I get "Attempting to Reconnect," and I duo queue with my brother under the same internet, and he has no problems whatsoever.

I read around and many people are having my same exact problem, and they are also using Windows 7. This problem happens practically every other game, and started a few days ago (I think around patch 4.17). I am not the first person to post this problem on the forums. Riot help us!
