Game not going into full screen mode on MacBook

There is a feature in MacBook Pro 2015 that I'm using called hot corners. The hot corners are shortcuts to say, the screen saver mode and mission control. Before this specific patch, the F-keys along with the hot corners were disabled, since the game would enter fullscreen mode and automatically disable such functions. However, in this patch, I realized that my hot corners and the F-keys were still on even in the game. So when I tried to adjust my camera in game and moved the cursor to a corner, I was out of the game. In addition to this, it would act as if it were in fullscreen window mode. I noticed this from seeing that the cursor would change from the in-game one to the normal one, and my abilities would not work until I click the game screen. I had to disable the hot corners, but it is of great inconvenience for all of our MacBook users to disable a function and set it up again after each game. Please look in to this. thank you
