[Web] Login Issue with PBE and NA Servers

Its a very weird situation, but I'll give the exact procedure so you can find the issue.

I was logged into my PBE account at the time. My University is having a league tournament, so i went to sign up. I noticed i was on my PBE, so I went to sign out. It brought me back to the event page. Click sign in. It gives me an error page. Go back to the event page, and I'm signed back into my PBE account. Do this again and again. The only way I could solve it was to Clear my Cookies/Cache.

It happened everytime i went through those pages in that order. It did the same on my phone as well.

I don't want to give the exact event name, because i feel like it won't help, but i think this is an error with the keep me logged in button.
