Irelia Bladesurge
When laneing with Irelia today, i noticed several times I would bladesurge a minion and not recieve any Gold, CS, but bladesurge would reset.

I also noticed that her stun was lasting longer than 2 seconds, I dont have any video proof, but it felt as if it was around 3 to 4 seconds long.
cd shouldnt reset unless target is killed, if i didnt get gold or cs how was CD reset.
there is a grace period after bladesurge that if the target dies within 0.2-0.5 seconds after you bladesurged you still get the reset
e.g. you bladesurged a minion but didn't kill it --> your minion wave killed it within the grace period --> still reset, no gold
