Victor Graphic Glitch when upgrading abilities

When upgrading your abilities after buying upgraded hextech core after clicking the upgrade a transparent grey square will sometimes appear on the top left part of the screen, it does this seemingly random and at random too it can disappear sometimes throughout the game and even add additional boxes to either side of the original.
