Stuck on load screen

This glitch occurs randomly when I attempt to load into a game. It will reach 100% and then stop. Everyone else's progress freezes and it wont put me into the game. The game doesn't stop responding or indicate anything is wrong. I have to close the game and restart it in order to join the game and by then I'm far behind and the game is lost.

All I can say is thanks for reminding me why I quit playing league and took my money elsewhere.
