A few bugs.

First of all. Played a ranked game won. When it started to load the after game stats I had to relog. The game is now non-existent. And I wasnt awarded any points towards my elo. Second bug. I'm level 30. Plat 5. And it says I cannot play any ranked/normal or bot games until I'm level 30... Link for a photo of proof. http://tinypic.com/r/avipap/8
