Why am i -30 lp?

Does anybody know why am i -30 lp? Is this because of the reset?I checked other players on my league and it seems like i am the only one.I have never dodged any queue except normal games where i dodge frequently because of autofills. Also my last ranked game is 5 days ago so it cant be decay either.One day i declined an amount of queues because i was trying to stream snipe but as i remember the punish in that case is low priority queue. I do not really care that much i am just surprised.

Edit; Surprisingly op.gg says i am 0lp so i guess it is a bug or something.Before reset i was 31 lp.
