Error during champion select

It is not my internet problem as it never happened before until 2/3 patches ago. During champion select, it would show that my team had already ban a champion but the timer is still running.. the error pops up and i click OK but it is still stuck there. At times i would not get to select my champion and sometimes it stop being stucked when i only have like 5 seconds to select my champion.. Causing myself to dodge queue multiple times, resulting in lost of LP during ranked games and I have to wait for a long time since i have dodge queue many times. i hope you can fix this as soon as possible as it is getting more and more frustrating.. Even in games i would have a normal ping but not being able to move and shortly it will be "attempting to reconnect" but usually quitting the game and reconnecting will solve the problem. But still wasting around 2/3 mins in game especially in ranked games can be very annoying as the opponent gets a head start (especially when playing mid). I hope riot can fix this as soon as possible for all players to actually enjoy the game.
