Lux E skill not useable even with points put in

Lux's E skill became greyed out randomly during the game. It was working fine for the first 7-8 minutes or so and then randomly stopped working. When pressed it said the skill cannot be used right now and the mana cost was set to 0 on the tooltip for some reason. I tried changing keybindings and restarting client and neither of those fixed the issue.

Lost a game and promo's based off a buggy, poorly coded game. This game is supposed to be viewed as a sport? What a joke.

I was, all "Well that sucks, I'll upvote to bring attention to it", but then you decided to be a douche. You can't really expect Riot to find every single bug in the game. If you happen to come across one, fine, report and go about your business. They'll see the thread and fix it. Still upvoting anyway.

imagine being in promo and having to play without your main spell the whole game. exactly what happened to me just now. so although i agree he coud have worded it in a less childish manner, i understand the frustration too well.

Yeah I know, I still upvoted because I'm not horrible, I've been through this too. It just annoys me how people just insult the company while begging for help.
