(Gameplay) Xayah autos do no damage to champion created terrain when passive feathers are up

Update: Does not damage Illaoi tentacles, GP Barrels either

During multiple ranked games I have encountered this issue.
To reproduce: Yorick places circle around Xayah Xayah activates passive with an ability Xayah attacks Yoricks circle, but no damage is done, feathers just pass through so youre stuck until the time has elapsed

This has happened with other Champion created terrain or abilities, I believe it has the same bug on Teemo shrooms and maybe Zyra plants. (Zyra plants not confirmed)
