[CLIENT] Watch on Youtube and Discuss Link not opening into browser

So i noticed in the Patch Rundown of 5.12 - Enter the Runeglaive I went to watch it while I was downloading my update. I wanted to put it on my second monitor full screen so I hit the watch on YouTube so I could make it full screen; it never opened a new tab. I then went to hit the Discuss button at the bottom and same thing happened, nothing.

Not sure if this is on my end or some bug on Riot's end I haven't looked too far into it because it's not a major issue to me; just thought I'd bring it into light. Looked through my logs and the only thing that updated was my Patcher Logs (as expected with 5.12).

I use Chrome as my default browser (I know it's a memory hog let's keep browser drama out of it unless there are known issues with chrome and I don't know about it please and thank you). 8Gb of Ram, i7-3770K (@3.5GHz), GTX 770 4Gb, Microsoft 8.1 Pro. All drivers are updated too, if anyone has fix or experienced this issue comment so maybe we could find fix ^.^
