Building Runaans on Vayne

I just built Runaans on Vayne, and it felt very staggered when i tried to kite. There seemed to be a problem with the interaction between her tumble and the effect from Runaans. It felt like a was only able to auto attack at about half the attack speed that I should be. It may be my perceptions, but it felt very off compared to other items I have used on her.

I'm not sure if this will sound dickish or not. But Runaan's Hurricane AS has been reduced to about 50% from its previous 70%. This may be the change you are feeling.
